Embodied Yin Yoga 12:15- 1:15pm

Experience a slow paced and meditative version of yoga. Exercise deeper layers of tissue like fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. Poses are held for a longer duration of time to be nourished, stimulated and for optimal health.

Slow & Steady Flow Yoga 5:30- 6:30pm

This Yoga class is suitable for all levels. Students are led through a slow-paced flow, focusing on a gentle sequence of breathwork and postures. This is a great class for those who are looking to calm the mind and find their inner stillness.
Embodied Yin 6:45- 7:45pm
YMCA Wilton Branch, Yoga Room
A slow-paced style of yoga using the breath and extended holds in postures to allow for stretching of the deep tissues. It complements more active forms of exercising by cultivating awareness of the inner body and improving flexibility.
