Yoga Therapy to Nourish the Heart

If you’re managing grief, sadness or even just the winter blues, take this time to come home to yourself.

The heart sits at the center of all, beating patiently and constantly.
You will work through feelings of denial, anger and depression to move towards acceptance and courage using self-inquiry, breathwork, yoga, mantra & stillness.

The workshop will conclude with a cacao ceremony to strengthen your intuitive self and awaken a sense of appreciation, wonder and purpose.

ABOUT ME

Anna is the founder and creator of The Awakening Woman Training. Bringing together Western science, innovative awareness practices, and the Eastern methodology of wellbeing. She has helped hundreds of women in individual therapeutic coaching sessions, yoga immersions, menopause trainings, and yoga classes. Anna has a gift for creating warm and welcoming learning spaces to open the doors to inner transformation. Her diverse background in transpersonal psychology, movement research, and somatics lead Anna to her vocation early. She worked with developmentally challenged children, populations of special needs, dancers and athletes in injury-recovery. Her teachings have been deeply influenced by Nago Koite, Bonnie B. Cohen, Patty Townsend and contemporary dance, movement re-education, experiential anatomy, and yoga.

For over 20 years Anna is an active member of The Compassion Project and delivers the Avatar® Resurfacing Workshop. 

Her heartfelt intention is to empower women to trust their bodies and navigate major life transitions for a fulfilling and purposeful life.
